Former D.C. Mayor Marion Barry was arrested on stalking charges after a woman flagged down a patrol officer and complained that she was being followed, according to U.S. Park Police. The latest legal run-in for Barry came as District law enforcement authorities were investigating a threat against the 73-year-old council member that grew out of unwelcome attention he was paying to a D.C. woman, an official said.
