Basically our failure to admit the obvious will have us running around trying this and trying that all the while producing unintended consequences. Such as sharp food price increases. NOW DON'T MISUNDERSTAND ME. I am not saying we shouldn't look for alternatives but to run off willy nilly and throw up subsidized Ethynol plants all over the place is ridiculous.I'd really like to know what politician created a mess like this. What sense does it make to develope an energy source that "costs" more in energy to make than it produces? This is sheer stupidity and I might add pandering on a massive scale.
