Calling Frank Marshall Davis a communist demonstrates INCREDIBLE stupidity and ignorance.

He was a major ANTI-COMMUNIST among black journalists.   In 1932 he gave a famous speech where he said that the black protest movement was incompatible with the communist party, which he described as "crude and noisy militancy" (see "Negro Editors on Communism: A Symnposium of the American Negro Press", Crisis, Aprile and May 1932 in "Voices of a Black Nation Political Journalism in the Harlem Renaissance."

Yes, the House committee of Unamerican affairs did make false accusattions.  They did so agaisnt pretty much every black protestor.  He was accused based on his demand for equality, a dirty word to McCarthy, and apparently still a  dirty commie word to Mr. Fuller.    There was a reason why the House Committee and McCarthy were considered a joke.  No, the being accused by the House Committee of Unamerican Affairs does not mean you are a communist, it means you were not a Republican.

But apparently, that alone is enough of a crime for some people.
